Holesaw Taps & Cutters SeparateHolesaw Taps and Cutters are an economical method for drilling and tapping mains. This method fully utilises the life of the tap, by replacing the holesaw cutter when the cutting edge becomes blunt. New cutters can be fitted quickly and easily. Used with Hy-Ram Universal Drill, Pass Universal Drill and WASK drilling equipment.

Starrett Bi Metal Constant Pitch HolesawsBi Metal Holesaws have 6 teeth per inch and are ideal for thinner gauge materials. Constant Pitch provides a smooth cut, with minimal tendency to bite or snag on contact with irregular surfaces. Advantages: Smooth cut on thinner gauge materials. Minimal tendency to bite or snag on thinner gauge materials.
Starrett Tungsten Carbide Tipped Constant PitchCarbide Tipped Holesaws have tough tungsten carbide tipped teeth that have a positive cutting angle which provides fast and efficient removal of chips and swarf. Advantages: Tungsten carbide tipped teeth provides superb product life and cutting performance. High cutting accuracy. |

*KEY: T = Threaded, LH = Pin Locating Holes added and central thread drilled out**, ED = Extended Depth** Due to the nature of all holesaws, the threads are not always sufficiently strong to hold securely to the arbour. For this reason, for certain holesaw sizes, the threads are drilled out and 2x locating holes added that then form the method of drive from the corresponding pins on the tap. |
