Essig & Hercu Moles
Soil Displacement moles for installing underground services. Our modes are powered by compressed air. It is driven through the soil by a piston inside the body casing. The displacement creates a bore, in which product pipes or conduits can either be introduced directly with the mole or installed later. Hy-Ram have been involved in the supply of impact moles or soil displacement moles for many years, including sales, hire and service/repair. We therefore have robust technical knowledge, built over a long period of experience. We offer fixed head and moving head solutions from various manufacturers, including Essig & Hercu, who are leading European manufacturers with a shared vision of quality and performance. These moles come in a complete range of sizes from 45mm, 55mm, 75mm, 95mm, 110mm, 130mm & 145mm+ in standard length or short, for ease of access/launch.
