Hy-Ram Engineering are delighted to share that we have been acquired by Uniwater Group as of 23rd October 2026.
This exciting announcement marks the start of a brand new chapter for Hy-Ram as we reach the end of our 50th year celebrations.
Moving forward in partnership with Uniwater will strengthen our position as the market leader for utilities tooling products in the UK and more than 60 countries worldwide.The intention here is to continue our trajectory of growth, development and continuous improvement of our value proposition to the market and our loyal customer base.
We’ve spent half a century developing meaningful solutions that provide value to our clients and utilities networks globally, which allows us a privileged position to have a positive impact on the future of network assets and their operational functionality.
We are looking forward to continuing our passion, with the support of Uniwater and the talented individuals that we are now proud to call colleagues.

“This is a huge milestone for me and my family, but more importantly, it marks a significant moment in the history of Hy-Ram Engineering Co. Ltd.
This year, we celebrated 50 years of the company, and I have personally been involved for 43 of those years. It’s an emotional day for all of us.
I’m immensely proud of our history, from the humble beginnings and the hard work put in by my mother and father to where we are today, 50 years later.
Together with our team, we’ve built something with a real legacy, and that’s something I’m incredibly proud of.
I genuinely believe Uniwater is a fantastic fit for Hy-Ram. Our relationships go back many years, and I’m confident we’ve found the right partner to support us in taking the business forward.
Both the wider team and I feel very positive about the future, and we’re excited about the opportunities and further potential this partnership can bring.
I’m pleased to highlight that the existing senior leadership team will remain in place at Hy-Ram, continuing to drive the strategic goals and growth of the business.
